0.99 release

With just a little more playtesting I'll be releasing version 1.00 and considering it completed. Please report all bugs and any adjustments you think would improve the game.

This game has been in development for a very long time, however it was worked on at a turtle-slow pace, even taking a few year-long breaks. I eventually stopped posting progress online around 2016, growing tired of the effort involved. But gamedev has always been an enjoyable hobby.
